    All sessions are 60 minutes. Mon - Fri : £50 Sat : £60 Common payment methods include cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. Payment is not required until after your treatment.

  • How long is a soft tissue therapy session at Muscle Health?
    All Soft Tissue Therapy sessions at Muscle Health are 60 minutes. During your first session, we will spend part of this time conducting a thorough assessment and discussing your specific issues. This initial consultation helps me understand your condition and set treatment goals. The remaining time will be dedicated to the therapy itself, focusing on addressing your pain or discomfort. For subsequent sessions, we’ll start with a brief discussion to review your progress since the last treatment.     Yes! I I offer my complete range of massage services on Saturday mornings.
